I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Workleap (Toronto, ON) in Dec 2024
Interview
An external recruiter contacted me about an open role and I submitted my resume. I had a screening with their internal HR person and then an interview with the person the role would report to.
Three stages (ignoring any automated screening): (1) HR review of work history, (2) technical/culture interview with hiring manager and teammate, (3) work sample, presentation and collaborative discussion. All done remotely (submit work sample to a code repo).
Great discussions and feedback from the team and HR, thoroughly enjoyed the process.
