I applied online. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at World Food Programme (Toronto, ON) in Aug 2019
Interview
I had to do an aptitude test in March. I wasn't contacted until August for a panel interview. The interview process was a good experience. I had an interview with an HR rep and 3 project leaders/managers. They asked me about how my skills/experiences were relevant to the role and some behavioural-competency based questions such as what my greatest strengths were.
