Come primo step ho fatto l'applicazion sul loro sito, ho letto molto, mi sono informata usando il materiale che ho trovato, quindi ho inviato curriculum,lettera motivazionale e ho compilato la loro domanda online. Poi è iniziata la selezione vera e propria, ho fatto una prova su Excel e Power point e una volta superato questo step ho fatto due colloqui, con Business cases.

Interview
The interview was held on Microsoft Teams with the hiring manager and the team manager. The team manager asked most of the questions and focused mainly on what was written on my SOP. The interview lasted about 30 minutes.

What can you provide to the WFP’s humanitarian approach?
I had a really pleasant experience during my WFP internship interview. The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly, which helped ease my nerves. The interview lasted around 30-45 minutes, and it felt more like a conversation than a formal assessment.
Too many math questions that don’t match the job description . For an internship job the aptitude tests are unfair ( but then again , it’s how they shortlist people)
