Resume screening and subsequent 2 rounds of interview.
Both were skype interview. 1st interview was one to one, and second was panel interview.
I had to follow up a lot on my first interview, may be they were trying to check how desperate I am to join WFP.

applied online. Then I was invited to a self-recorded interview. It took approximately 3 minutes per question. At the end, I was asked whether I had any comments. Afterwards, I was invited to a panel interview

Had a great experience on interviews since Interviewers were super friendly, engaging with their questions and sharing their experiences. There was a long wait time between interviews however, as well as to receive an offer
