In-person with two people, they were super friendly and asked relevant questions. They also answered all my questions. It was at their office, so I was able to see the environment/atmosphere of the office
Was chill not super difficult. 2 people. Asked about faith and how comfortable I was with it. Also asked about the typical questions like tell me about a challenge.... It was overall very easy and relaxing. One person took notes the other asked most of the question I would say.

2-3 interviews, an onboarding process, among other things. Big long form you have to complete and 2-3 modules you have to do for the org. Lots of watching videos about their mission statements and stuff.
