First there was a phonecall asking if I could come in, but nothing more. Then I came in for an interview. Everyone was dressed more casually than I.

Interview
The interview consisted of a one on one interview with the CEO, a tour of the facility, and a question and answer session. The interview questions were typical, but the position was required to oversee international operations.
