Recruiter reached out on a Sunday night to schedule an interview. When I didn't reply by Monday mid-day, she emailed saying if I didn't get back to her soon, they'd move forward with other candidates. This was a huge red flag because 1, why are they working and expecting replies on a Sunday? Is this expected of employees. 2, Expecting a reply from a candidate that already has a full-time job in less than 24 hours is wild. Both suggest a poor work-life balance at the company.
