Interview
Zoom interview. Short and simple. Asked about your plans for the future, if receiving a masters or planning on staying at wuxi. Asked about how well you work with others, if you’re a team player and can take criticism.
2 Interviews
1: With a careers employee, 30 minutes
2: Second interview with manager, 30 minutes
Asked general questions, did not leave much wiggle room to discuss pay rates. Insistent on "making sure that the role is a good fit before choosing to work here", almost as if trying to talk me out of the role.

Interview
Straight forward, we discussed mostly technical experience and background. Be engaging and optimistic as you will need that attitude as you work with them on any project. You will probably be working with like-minded people. Interview will be a panel, usually two or more supervisors.
