Xcel Mechanical Systems interview questions

You sit in a conference room with 1-3 people asking you questions and commenting on your resume. Honestly, if you get an interview for an entry level position, you’ll probably get it as long you practice a few formal interviews like most engineering students do.

There was two interviews using Microsoft teams and after passing both interviews, was invited to a lunch meeting to meet members of the team. The first interview was with the marketing manager and the second interview was with the managers of the preconstruction department.
