Interview
I got a call and it was 3 telephonic and 3 skype rounds. I cleared all and I also got a mail ..which says that you are shortlisted for final offer.They also asked me to fill Offer clarity form, which is still there with me.
After that nothing happened, Now its been long.
The thing is you should be very much clear with your positions.If you send us a mail saying that you are shortlisted for final offer, you should come back with proper conclusion or atleast inform either through mail or call.
Please motivate the candidates by atleast sending a mail on status.It is very disheartening that even after selection you don't come back with offer,that too even after filling your offer clarity form.
There were 3 rounds of interview . 2 technical round and 1 managerial round .
The technical rounds covered core java , multithreading, collections , spring , redis and spring boot concepts .

It is generally easy, may have face client round if directly hiring for the client.
client round may get bit harder.
Usually has 2 round in Xoriant and other depend on client for other rounds

Waste of time . They are not able to take decision whether to hire or not . Conducted 5 rounds of interview and then told that position is on hold after sending selection mail and asking for documents for bgv. They scheduled multiple rounds of interview across teams for Morgan Stanley client.
