Interview
I was interviewed in September 2015, the company looks fine. I went through an consultancy, cleared all the rounds there were 2 technical following HR on the same day.
Requirement is not clear at all, they will tell you that you need to accept so called conditional offer letter before client interview, after the client round you will be given a reason that your profile does not match the project requirement.
Please don't make fool of the people coming for interview by giving him the conditional offer letter.
There were 3 rounds of interview . 2 technical round and 1 managerial round .
The technical rounds covered core java , multithreading, collections , spring , redis and spring boot concepts .

It is generally easy, may have face client round if directly hiring for the client.
client round may get bit harder.
Usually has 2 round in Xoriant and other depend on client for other rounds

Waste of time . They are not able to take decision whether to hire or not . Conducted 5 rounds of interview and then told that position is on hold after sending selection mail and asking for documents for bgv. They scheduled multiple rounds of interview across teams for Morgan Stanley client.
