Xtiva has a very thorough interview process, shows that they are serious about finding the right hires for the right seats. In addition to hiring manager, candidates meet a peer as well as a member of the Senior Leadership Team. In some cases, completing a mini-assignment is requested.

Wasn't bad. No hard questions. Interviewed with hiring manager as well as a couple of other members of the client support staff. All softball questions. They were really looking for cultural fit.
