Interview
I recently underwent a phone interview on an urgent basis with limited scheduling options provided by HR. Despite the constrained timeframe, the interview proceeded smoothly, and the HR representative expressed optimism about my potential. However, following the disclosure of my location, which was outside of Toronto, I did not receive any further communication. It was disheartening to observe that my candidacy might have been dismissed solely based on geographical location. It's important to recognize that residing outside Toronto does not diminish one's qualifications or suitability for the position.
