Interview
While I thought the interviews were good/easy ad relaxing and the process leading up to the interview was really smooth/positive, it is the process after the interview that wasn't great. I reached out to the person who I was dealing with via e-mail about 3 weeks ago to get feedback on my interview and was ghosted.
Companies expect candidates to be respectful/polite but do not return the favour.
My feedback might have been negative but it is still feedback, something that I could work on for the next interview but companies would rather ghost you, than provide this feedback.

Interview
After hearing back from my initial application, I was invited to a trial shift at the restaurant, was shown both front and back of house operations and worked for an hour and a half during a quiet period. After that I was taken to the office to answer a few easy questions related to my CV and why I wanted the job before leaving. I heard back a few days later.
