YTI Career Institute interview questions

The process was more than a month long. First 2 interviews went within a week of each other, then a break of 3 weeks before my third interview (which was a panel phone conference call). Between my second and third interview I was told I was no longer in consideration for the position. 2 weeks after that I was contacted again, where they stated another position opened up and they would like to bring me in for the third interview. I was never contacted since the third interview, I assume I will not be offered a job there but I would have liked clarification that I am no longer in consideration. As a manager myself, I have always been clear and informed individuals who have interviewed whether or not they will be offered a position. I feel that will at least give the individual closure on the process so they can move on to other opportunities. IMO

Online application, phone call with two regional directors, HR and a proposed interview with CEO. The phone interview with two regionals were at the same time so concentrating on specific questions asked from each person was difficult and overall flow of the interview was lacking
