Step I: A small data assignment that takes about 30min - 1hr to complete (use excel) Step II: An interview with one senior research analyst on the team (background information, why interested in the role etc.) Step III: A one-week long big assignment (produce a 2-3 page research report on MELI using data and other resources Yipit provides) Step IV: A super day with four back-to-back interviews (pitch the MELI report, a live data case, various behavior questions)
