A short technical interview and the general question about the comfortability of the company location. Two senior-level managers were there for the interview process and an HR representative accompanied them. A smooth and short interview process, no written test or group discussion sessions.

Campus interview. Pretty easy. Good experience. Only one round. Down side is they asked to sign a minimum 3 year stay with company contact. How is it not 30 words already. I don't understand.

-No work ethics.
-No Bereavement Leave, sick leave.
-A fresher (till he gets 5 yrs of experience) doesn't get to do engineering work at all in the project (with very few exceptions).
-Most of Bangalore campus employees are Tamilians (worst politics).
-No dignity of labour.
-A Engineer is treated like a office boy.
-Salary hike is very less. (Max of 8-10%).
-HRA for GET is 2500.
-No recognition at all.
-Career will be destroyed if anyone stays for more than 3 years in this company.
-No perks, allowances, OT.
-Only Privilege leaves are available.
Salary for GET is 2.95 LPA (as of July 2017).
-No permanent work place, computer.
-Laptop is not given until you have 5 years of experience.
-Leads doesn't work at all (atleast 70%).
-No performance bonus.
-No work from home.
-No flexi working hours.
-Worst food in canteen.
