Young Innovations interview questions

Disrespectful of candidates time. Same experience as a previous review. The person cancelled my interview literally 2 minutes before it was supposed to start. I was already prepared, in the meeting room and ready to begin. I checked my email really quick just to make sure it was happening because I was still waiting. The cancellation email was vague and just asked for additional dates to reschedule. I immediately gave a couple of more dates to only have to wait another week after following up again about the rescheduled time. Once the interview began our videos were off. Which was fine, but I found it to be odd. She initially sounded chipper and eager to interview me. When I asked about being on camera she said "It doesn't matter, I usually follow the candidates lead." That was off-putting because I got prepared for this 2 times. I said let's turn them on. Once she saw what I looked like her energy immediately shifted. Again what another review mentioned...no diversity. After that interview, I was told I may get a response this week or next week. The delay would be from a sales conference they have the same week. I wish people would stop treating candidates like this. Needless to say, she ghosted me even when I politely followed up after that given time period. Disrespectful. This left very bad impression about the people that work there and how the whole company functions. There were a couple of red flags that I was hoping to get clarity on if I moved along in the process. However, I will take this horrible experience as a means to be available to a company that respects their candidates and employees.

Started with a remote interview followed by on-site with one-on-one interviews from four different people. After the interview we toured the facility. The whole process took about 5 weeks and the on-site interview took about four hours.
