The interview process is a multi-stage hiring approach where companies assess candidate qualifications through screenings, in-depth interviews, and skills assessments to determine the best fit for a role, followed by background checks and an offer. It's a two-way street, allowing candidates to evaluate the company culture and role to ensure alignment with their career goals.
