ZFA Structural Engineers interview questions

Interviewed with the principal and a project managers. It was a very laid back conversation about expectations. We sat in the conference room and it was more of me interviewing the company than them interviewing me.

The interview was a pretty brief phone interview - like less than five minutes. In fact, it was held after I had to contact the Principal to remind him/her and their fellow Principals via email several months previously after the Principal requested the first interview. Apparently, the Principal never keeps track of voicemails and returns phone calls. ZFA = Zero Frickin' Answers. The Principal told me to look for a job elsewhere. In my opinion, run, don't walk from this company.
