The HR representative explored behavioral aspects, asking how I would handle challenging situations with colleagues and maintain effective communication in moments of conflict or pressure. They were also interested in my sources of inspiration—where I look for new ideas, how I stay updated on design trends, and the methods I use to keep my creativity active in everyday work.
