I had a quick over the phone interview. They didn’t require me to come in for a face to face interview. Was called back the next day and given a job offer as the settlement coordinator.

Question 1
What kind of work do you do now? And how would it be beneficial in this new role.
do you have any skills and knowledge about medical insurance?
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Zanes Law (Tucson, AZ) in Oct 2017
Interview
I applied through the UofA Law School process. I heard back from Zanes in only a few days. My first interview was conducted over the phone. A week later I was interviewed in person by two members of the team. After that one hour interview, I was called back for another interview which lasted a little more than an hour. Both of my interviews were comfortable and pretty standard in content.

Question 1
One question they asked me was what type of law I am interested in doing once I finish law school and how did I see Zanes fitting in with my future plans.
Thank you for your comment, however, this is inaccurate. A phone interview is only the first step in our hiring process. In addition, we have not hired any one as of this post.

Interview
Two interviews with two different people each. It was pretty much just asking questions about what I have done my entire life leading up to that point. They also allow you to ask questions about the position or the company at any point.
