Anonymous Interview Candidate in Poland, ME
I applied online. I interviewed at Zartis (Poland, ME) in Oct 2022
The interview was only 1 hour 15 min introduction, 45 minutes for questions. Questions were very theoretical and need someone who can memorize the model answer. Time was not enough because open questions need to be discussed and this takes time more than 1 hour. Questions were not good enough, for example? Do you know TDD (good question), then do you know the Red-Green concept? I just answered the same meaning but he wants you to know the nicknames! He was very rushed, time watching more than focusing on the person in front of him. I had very good experience with the DevOps + Develoment , and the job description wanted this mix, but the interviewer totally neglected my DevOps experience although he said they want AWS. I was a very good fit, but the interviewer was good to evaluate my capabilities

I interviewed at Zartis
I was contacted for an interview through LinkedIn, and the contact was pretty bad, everything you asked or answered, was replied only on the following day, meaning that to schedule an interview, the whole process took a week. On the day of the scheduled interview, the recruiter failed to send the meeting link/details and did not answer the messages.
- Interview didn't happen due to the recruiter not showing up

I interviewed at Zartis
The questions were assertive and covered the main role of a senior frontend developer. The HR people were very gentle and made me feel comfortable. The tech team have explained the company culture and how they act as a team.

Anonymous Interview Candidate
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Zartis
First step with reciter around 30 minutes for introduction call. To describe company and what they are doing. Second step Technical interview around 1 hours with two of their software engineer. Mostly memorized questions and answers kind of interview. I didn't continue after that step.
- Pretty basic things. Mostly memorized theoretical questions. If you memorized this topics you will probably pass the interview: Java interview questions. Spring interview questions. Hibernate interview questions. Java 8 > new features. SOLID, Design patterns. Agile, Microservice, unit testing. I didn't like their interview because They didn't ask any data structure or time complexity. They didn't focus on system design They focused on Spring annotations. Bean scope, bean lifecycle etc. Which is not good sign for me.

Anonymous Employee
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Zartis in Nov 2021
The process consists of a few interviews, starting with a 30 talk with someone from HR. Then another interview is scheduled, this time a technical one. In my case, the role was for a React project, so the questions were very focused on that and all of them made sense for the daily work. No super crazy questions about things you would not use.
- Q: The difference between Javascript, ECMAScript and Typescript?

Anonymous Employee
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Zartis
Muy correcto, sin entrevistas estrambóticas ni pruebas de código ridículas, en tres llamadas se resolvió todo, ninguna de las cuales fue incómoda y siempre totalmente acorde al puesto al que se optaba
