It was easy, quick and the manager was great. It took about 30 or 35 minutes, I love Zaxbys so it was a no-brainer. I got the offer on the spot and even got a free lunch.
The interview process was pretty standard for an entry level position. It was good and the workers were nice. I highly recommend interviewing at Zaxby's if you have the opportunity
Two step interview process. First step mostly just asks all the common interview questions and what not. Second step is just confirming those answers to the questions and potentially receiving the job
Applied online and received an email and went in to the store two days later where I had a brief interview with the general manager. General questions, pay expectations, etc
