It was a pretty straightforward process and moved quickly. First a recruiter screening over the phone, hiring manager interview over video, director conversation over video. I didn't have to repeat my background in every single conversation so I appreciated that the interviewers came prepared and did their reserach, and outlined everything they were looking to speak about at the beginning of the conversation.
