Zenith Holidays interview questions

I sent my CV and cover letter to the recruitment email address provided on their website. I was then asked to complete a 7 day menu plan, with meals that I would feel confident in cooking. Shortly after this, I was invited to a face to face interview. This was in a coffee shop, and therefore was a fairly relaxed environment. During the interview, I was shown a presentation on the laptop about the company and then asked a series of questions about myself and some fairly simple competency questions. I also had to complete a quick written test where I had to create a menu from a given list of ingredients, and answer some simple cooking and cleaning questions.

Firstly phone screening wih the HR Person, then face to face interview with the HOD asking questions about the skill set. Some work samples in previous organization and then panel discussion.
