Interview
Long, but ultimately satisfied with the result. Got the offer and accepted, really looking forward to starting there. Challenging, but not ridiculous. A lot of due diligence on their end. Management didn't sugar coat the issues, but still got a great feeling about the place.

Interview
Standard process (phone+Zoom+home assignment+ call simulation + in-person interviews with team). I was highly impressed by the team's transparency about the process, culture, and expectations, and it was a pleasure communicating with them on a professional and personal level. I just started working there and feel very fortunate!
