Interviewed with the Hiring Manager on Dec 27. I asked if there's final interview. She said no, it will just be an offer when she call back and she will let me know the decision for sure by Jan 3rd. Didn't receive a call on the 3rd, called her at 4PM to find out what's happening. I was told that she just came back from her vacation and a lot of resumes came in and they were screened so she need to interview them first and will let me know for sure the week after. Then on the 4th (the next day), got a call from her asking me to come in for a final interview with the general manager. (so what happened to the interviews that she planned to do? and I thought there's no more interview) Fine, i went on Jan 8th, it was just a 5 min chat with the GM and her. Specially asked her when she will be able to let me know. She said will let me know either I will get the job or not the next day. I asked if it will be a phone call or email. The GM said they don't email, they will call. OKAY, so waited the whole day on the 8th, no call and until now. no email/call. I don't even bother to call them after all this, as if I'm desperate for this job. They are very unprofessional! If you can't keep your promise then don't promise in the first place. They don't respect the candidates at all!
