Applied in person, about a month later, I receive a call for a phone interview, she scheduled a face to face interview, and emailed several tests, a typing test, common sense test and skills assessment test.

There were all pretty generic questions, not very hard or unexpected.

Interview
It's very intense. You kinda feel you're being judged and looked down on. They put on a great poker face but they are NO better then you are so always keep that in mind when you are in the hot seat. Oh yes, and make sure you bring a note pad and pen to keep notes while in your interview.
