    Pros

    The company recognized every employe's yearly anniversary at the end of every month and hosted a catered lunch to celebrate. The company also held little events when we met sales quotas. The company cares a lot about the employees and it shows.

    Cons

    The training process was scattered and ineffective, but there were online resources to help fill the gaps. Also, team members were more than willing to help explain things I couldn't solve on my own.

    Monthly luncheons, celebration for anniversaries, great co-workers, benefits available, generally flexible schedule.

    Cons

    My department was undergoing some changes so I took on a leadership position, reforming the entire department, but did not get any additional pay for the additional work and effort.

    Advice to Management

    Encourage those who are wanting to help.
    Wilkie was great but didn't push for a salary incentive. Always willing to educate.
    Williams was amazing and always offered a helping hand even after he left the department.
    Dakwar, thank you for the inspiration to excel.
    The woman who was 2nd in command in OPS but then overtook QA, never wanted anyone in the department to shine. She wanted all glory to herself and everyone else do the work. Advice to her: encourage your employees. If they have a role model or someone willing to share knowledge, they will perform much better.

    Pros

    Call center, worked as a team with knowledgeable Team Leaders nearby if help was needed. Opportunity to gain extra pay through commission. Atmosphere that Management was responsive to employees. Regular pizza day and lunches.

    The break room and building are nice. Pay is good for the area.

    Where to start... As low as morale is here, I have no idea how this company has so many 4 and 5 star reviews!

    The company had a large lay off several months ago with absolutely NO notice and no severance provided. Most of the positions have been outsourced, so those of us left are stuck with a larger work load correcting the outsourced companies errors. Now going into our busy season, instead of hiring more locals they have decided to do mandatory overtime while strictly limiting our ability to reach bonuses (a big and steady part of our pay here) at the same time. The result? We'll be working harder for more hours and make the same or less on our pay checks. Keep it classy BookIt!

    Policies are constantly changing with very little notice. Management alternates between not being present at all and micromanaging every single aspect of our jobs. At times you will be expected to resolve any escalated issue on your own and at other points you will be required to get approval for even sending a simple email. It is so stressful not knowing when to act like an adult or when you have to act like an elementary student having to ask permission to breathe.

    Moving up is not really an option when the company is barely staying afloat. There aren't very many positions to move up to as they have gone as bare bones as possible.

    Advice to Management

    Communicate with your staff and treat them like adults or at least with consistency.

    Pros

    Nice building and A LOT of parking spaces. The company outsource their workers to another country so there's no one really in the building

    Cons

    Owner and management does not care. Employees are unhappy. No room for advancement. Previous 5 star review is completely false. Been working with them for over 6 years and I was still in the same position. Putting in my 2 weeks notice for a higher paying job. Good luck

    Wiki-Policy & Proc. is a joke.3 strikes your out even with weather. It only protects the company not the workers nor the customer. Upper management needs a face lift.They like to restructure departments that are running good, They need to pay there bills and right a different contract with Expedia.

    Advice to Management

    Restructure of upper management
    Hire more locals then Jamaicans. American made.
    If you treated your employees better your business may have been successful.
    Abide by the golden rule treat others like you would like to be treated.
