Interview
First interview was over the phone with a recruiter from Aetna. The interview consisted of very basic questions. The lady was really nice and ended the interview saying she believed I'll be fit for a job. About 30 minutes later I got a call to schedule the in person interview. The in person interview was 2 hours and I was interview by 3 people. The in person interview consisted of various situational questions. 10 questions from each person

Interview
The interview process moved very quickly (~2 weeks between online application and official offer). The recruiter I dealt with was great, very open for questions and easy to get in touch with. Had a 30 minute phone interview and was asked during that interview to come for in-person interview. That was 2 hours long (1 hour with 2 interviewers and another hour with two other interviewers). One would ask questions while the other took notes. Heard back very quickly after by phone with an offer.

Interview
The interview process took a long time, but was very thorough and involved. They are really looking for someone who is the right fit. There was a phone interview to start that was more involved than most phone interviews. Takes about 20-30min. Then in-person interview about a month later. Interviewed with four people total, two people at a time. One would ask questions while the other took notes and then they switched. There was also a short logic/math quiz at the beginning of the interview. Questions are pretty common but they are definitely looking for examples from past job experience.
