      Cons

bswift lures people under the guise of being a fun, diverse & caring organization when in reality, it is one of the least diverse companies I have ever worked for & it does not care about its employees at. Burn-out is REAL & it happens year over year. The turnover rate is extremely high, leadership lies & makes empty promises of change. Contrary to popular belief, an Analyst role is NOT an entry level role & requires legit brain capacity. bswift markets the Analyst role as entry level to lowball on pay. Salary is a joke & is significantly less than what competitors are paying. While I learned a lot during my time there (4 years), I was also pigeon-holed without the opportunity to grow professionally. As a result, I lost all drive & ambition & no longer cared to put my best foot forward; I gave the barest of the minimum by the end of my time there & didn't care if I was reprimanded or not. If you want to work long hours, be underpaid & under appreciated, bswift is the place for you. If you value work-life balance & your sanity, steer clear & just continue with your job-search.

      Bswift - negatives overshadow positives

      Pros

If you are interested in working in Benefits and HR, this is a great place to work. - Flexible remote work policy - Great office and location - Great people

      Cons

This review pertains to the Client Services Team. Other teams at bswift (dev, product, data) have different cultures and generally more positive experiences. If you want to work in tech, specifically in a customer success or project management type role, look elsewhere. Bswift has shifted from a b2b SaaS benefits platform to a full-service benefits outsourcing company in order to go after large/jumbo market contracts. This is a pro for the overall business in terms of revenues, but a huge con for the Client Services team. In Client Services, unless at the senior level, most of your time is spent being an extension of your client(s) HR team by reviewing call center tickets and tending to individual employee's questions about their benefits. Again, if you want to work in benefits, then this is a great place to be. However, the Client Analyst job is not advertised as such, so make sure to keep this in mind when making a decision.
