- First Interview for 1 hr with two co-workers/managers. - nice people, but conservative conversation - did not ask much about sales and biotec knowledge or experience, but persistently asking about logistic management and how shipping is regulated. - No personality questions to get to know if I would be a good fit to the team - promised to come back within the next 2 weeks, however, I did not hear anything for 2,5 MONTHS - neither cancellation nor how to proceed

Two interviews with the hiring manager, interview on site with case study to evaluate how you approach problems and solve them. Interviews were in English, knowledge of German was also tested.
