first round:aptitude containing quantitative,verbal and reasoning. second round:product pitch.They gave a product to the group for example.... pen,shoe,toothbrush etc.. which we use in our daily life and modify in any of the practically possible way and give a marketing strategy to sell it too.We are free to select its price range according to the product variety. Third round:They gave anonymous topic to all the shortlisted candidates which most of them have generally not have heard before and gave an hour time to prepare on that topic using anything and everything so as to give a presentation on the same. Final round:Personal interview(technical and HR)
