The process was very straightforward with focused questions, detailed information provided about the company and the position. The process evaluates the candidate based on the attitude and experience, not just the technical aspect of the role. It takes about a 2-3 weeks to complete the 3 stage process (HR, Team Lead, Head of Unit) and then you receive feedback regarding your application.
