People that I chatted to were very friendly and open to my questions on what a lead programmer role would look like on the day to day.
Was accepting of mostly remote working which was great.

Challenging but fair interview, with very difficult questions being asked but were also very interesting, they encouraged me to grow my programming mindset and allowed me to rethink how I program as a whole to make things more efficient.

I first got sent a code framework and a list of tasks to complete to demonstrate my ability. Then I was invited to an interview where we talked about the test, as well as what I enjoy doing in programming and where I want to be in the future.
