I went through 5 hours of interview, moved to the final step with a director of eng and after that, they straight up ghosted me. I followed up many times. The job posting was taken down without a single update, not even an automated template! Guys, you dragged a candidate through your entire pipeline and you couldn't be bothered to send a two-sentence email? That's not an oversight. That's a cultural rot in how you treat people.
Funny enough, they shared their values as a prep material in the behavioral interview. Maybe you should follow them first?
If you apply, expect to be ghosted. Don't get your hopes too high.
