Waste of my time I was asked to submit my grades, resume and testimonials and it was received positively. However, once it was established that I was a non-EU student applying for this position, my application was rejected despite my relevant experience and work permit. There was no technical discussion. For students, the focus is mostly on the courses taken and what programming languages one knows. The interviewers are biased towards foreigners.
