If you live in Jena, it should be fine but maybe you'll need more money in a bigger city.

Pros

- Monthly team/office/company events - 1k yearly budget for certifications - Fully remote possible - Corporate discounts from partners

Cons

- Below the market's minimum salaries - Too many certification requirements (has to be done apart your working time) - Majority has never experienced modern frameworks (e.g React / Vue/ Angular) - Old school German job level hierarchy system. Upgrades depend on your ceritifcates not skill - Newbies mentoring is next to nothing ( relevant to newcomers into IT ) - Internal meetings/documentations/corporate pages are held strongly in German. - Micromanagement

We're constantly working on providing more flexible options for our employees to balance these requirements alongside their work. 3. Modern Frameworks: We're committed to keeping up with the latest industry trends and technologies, including React, Vue, and Angular. Otherwise we wouldn't be able to thrive on the market. ;-) 4. Job Level Hierarchy: We can assure you that our flexible and transparent job level hierarchy is being constantly reviewed to ensure it aligns with skills and performance rather than only relying on certifications. 5. Newbies Mentoring: Every new employee is encouraged to ask questions and give feedback. In that way we can keep on enhancing our mentoring programs and give better support. 6. Language Barrier: With the recent opening of our international office in Croatia, we are additionally diversifying our workforce and striving to be more inclusive in terms of language. We're actively working on translating internal documents and providing support for non-German speakers. 7.
