Theres an online test, followed by a phone screen, then an on-site Hackathon where you code as if you are working there for a week. You try to solve a real problem/push a feature, and they judge you on what you can accomplish. There is no white-boarding or pure technical question portion, it's all practical, i.e. as close to the day-to-day working experience as possible.
