2 rounds: screening question and role-specific questions. First round, basic behaviourial questions. Second round, more role-specific, presenting the design challenge (sent 3 days in advance), and follow up questions regarding the design presented.

Question 1
How would you explain your work to someone with background that is different to yours.
I had multiple phone interviews. There was no in person interview. Everyone was friendly enough, but seemed a bit disorganized. I liked the CEO. there was no stock options offered.
Was contacted by the CEO through email and scheduled an on-site interview. Interview was very casual and there were no deep technical type questions. He basically asked about things from my resume. Another one of his employees joined us for the interview who asked about past experiences.
After the interview, he gave a tour of the whole place and then bode farewell saying he'll contact soon. After more than 3 weeks, I received no answer even though I inquired about it.
