I applied for a Sales / Account management position, 4 years of relevant experience, speak 5 languages.
I got contacted by the business developer who is also in charge of the recruitment. We arranged a 30 min skype call where I was interviewed.
The BD asked me some personal questions (motivation, skills, ideas) and also some case based questions (mathematical, logical)
Then he clarified me some questions about the company and the position itself.
I’ve been invited for a 2nd round interview with the Managing Director (who is quite young, around 30th).
Interview went smoothly, I’ve been asked to make some calculations (based on their real live cases).
A couple of days later I received an invitation for another meeting where I got the offer: Fix salary + interesting variable salary + option for the company car + meal check and some other basics
I received another very interesting offer from an Multinational, so I rejected the position
Pro’s: Highly IT developed, young team, modern office, competitive salary package, fast growing, international team
Con’s: located outside of Brussels and not in the city centre, some renovations still going on, the project is still in scale up faze so probably much development and effort is required
