Interview
The interview process was mixed overall. My first-round HR phone interview was very positive — the HR representative was energetic, open, and communicated in a clear and direct way, which created a good first impression of the company.
However, the second-round panel interview with the hiring manager and two team members was a very different experience. The discussion felt quite rigid and somewhat one-sided. Some questions appeared to have predetermined expectations, and when my answers differed, the follow-ups felt more pressuring than exploratory.
In addition, the interview lacked structure. One panelist frequently disconnected during the session and later repeated questions that had already been addressed, which made the conversation feel disjointed and less respectful of the candidate’s time. The overall atmosphere also felt rather tense.
Many questions focused on availability for weekend work and handling high-pressure situations, which is fair in principle, but the framing came across as more testing than conversational.
Unfortunately, the most disappointing part was the lack of follow-up. After the interview, I reached out several times requesting feedback, but only received automated responses.
Overall, while the initial HR interaction was strong, the later stages left me with a less positive impression of the interview experience.

Fragen zum beruflichen Erfahrungen und persönlichen Motivation
The first interview with the HR agent was pleasant; we each spoke about our 'side' of things and the vibe was good. I was told, later, there would be a second interview. After a couple of postponements, I never heard from them again, even after two enquiries on my part. Just ghosted.
