There are three steps in the process. Group Discussion, HR Interview followed by the technical interview. The last step is the longest. You need to know a little bit about finance and also people management.

Interview
I was contacted by the HR manager over phone, who had come across my profile online. There was only one telephonic round of interview, taken by a program manager. Since, the practice which I was going to join, itself was in a very infant stage at the time of interview, the person didn't have any specific questions to ask apart from talking in general about my experience. It should not be the case now after one year, but I still feel the recruitment is fundamentally flawed and budget driven.

It was smooth, only 2 rounds of interview, it was a Walk-in where I attended and it went fine , walking generally takes lot of time but this interview went smooth

Interview
Recruiter isn’t proactive at all, failed to respond on numerous occasions. Had to follow up even for getting interview invite. Interview lasted for 15 minutes where basic questions were asked about my experience
