Interviewer was not seriously,
Interviewer was slept in interview meeting,
Minimum salary they want everything,
difficulty to Identify technical round, HR ask technical question , Technical person ask managerial question and Manager ask HR question,
Single position they took 150+ interview.

Time consuming process. written test for freshers as well as experienced. HR waste lot of time. if you are referred by an employee then you are surly going to be rejected
