No interview is needed for me... I just call the broker in state, choose a mentor, sign the contract,file documents and done. The associate broker did all document for me. File it to the board and once Li science is transferred. All done
Asked about what my future goals are and how I expect to accomplish those goals. Very personal and wanted to see if I am a leader for different opportunities within the company.
