Le processus de recrutement s'est fait en trois étapes : - Candidature en ligne : CV et lettre de motivation en anglais. - Entretien de 30 minutes en visio avec le CEO pour aborder les expériences, motivations et connaissances du domaine d'application. - Cas pratique : quelques jours pour préparer une présentation à envoyer, puis à présenter oralement au CEO et à la responsable marketing. Cette présentation s'est suivie d'un échange sur les motivations, puis d'une offre.

First interview was with one of the founders. Second interview was a panel, where I had to present a business case to 3 people. I had one week to prep the case and shared the presentation 24h in advance. The process was very transparent, fast and by video-conference. I received the offer on the same day.
