Interview
Phone interview with the hiring manager. It was a good conversational discussion - talking about my background and interests, as well as the company's needs. Hiring manager was open in talking about challenges facing the company, as well as the direction the company was heading.
The plan was to follow up the phone interview with a face-to-face interview. I subsequently didn't get called in for a face-to-face, or the job, because they redefined the job scope and I didn't meet one of the core requirements.
