I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at goML (Coimbatore) in Apr 2025
Interview
The interview session lasted for approximately one and a half hours and was quite intense. It was conducted in a group format, involving two interviewers and a panel of 10 students. The atmosphere was competitive and fast-paced, requiring quick thinking and confident responses.
From the beginning, the interviewers set a rigorous tone, testing both technical knowledge and soft skills. Each candidate was given limited time to respond, and follow-up questions were often directed immediately after a response, increasing the pressure. The panel was asked a mix of individual and group questions, ranging from academic subjects and project experiences to situational problem-solving and behavioral assessments.
There were moments when interviewers compared answers across candidates, which added to the challenge. Maintaining composure and ensuring clarity in communication while standing out among others required focus and presence of mind.
Despite the hectic pace, the experience was valuable. It tested not just subject knowledge, but also the ability to think on one's feet, collaborate under pressure, and present oneself confidently in a group setting. It was a unique learning opportunity that offered insights into real-world professional expectations and group dynamics during interviews.
