Interview
Fantastic experience. The recruiter was very friendly and quick to get back to emails. He also made me feel very at ease and confident during the interview. The hiring manager was also lovely and gave me the space I needed to shine. Even though I was unfortunately not selected for the role, I had a great experience and feel I built a strong relationship with the team to be able to be considered for future roles.

Interview
I've applied and shortly after received an email inviting me for an interview. I've booked the interview straight away and just before the interview happening I've got an email that interviewer is sick and will be OOO for the next 3 weeks?
I've sent a couple follow up emails but never heard back, they simply flaked me. Not a good experience, not a serious answer!

Interview
The interview process at grape started with a motivational call that went smoothly, but the role-fit interview was a very different experience. The team lead I spoke with came across as dismissive and unprofessional, which left a very negative impression. The discussion provided me with little insight into what working with the team would actually be like, and I instead felt an unnecessary sense of unease. In the end, the rejection took a while to arrive, and the feedback was extremely generic, with no response when I asked for something more specific. Overall, the process felt drawn out and lacking transparency, and the way the role fit interview was conducted made it a discouraging experience.
